BPU Order Initiating Proceeding – March 27, 2020
Depending on timing of enrollment requests from the Subscriber Organization, it may take up to two billing cycles before a bill credit is applied to the customer’s bill. Successful updates received by Atlantic City Electric on or before the 10th of each month will be effective the following month. Subscriptions may not take effect retroactively.
The billing period of shall be the customer’s customary billing period for service provided under their applicable Rate Schedule.
