Atlantic City Electric Announces Promotion of Thomas Reilly

MAYS LANDING, N.J. - Atlantic City Electric recently announced the promotion of Thomas Reilly, of Collingswood, to Senior Public Affairs Manager.

Reilly will continue a wide-range of duties including managing and strengthening relationships with governmental, community and emergency management partners in the area served by the company's Winslow office which includes portions of Atlantic, Burlington and Camden counties. Reilly previously served as Public Affairs Manager for more than three years in the Winslow office.

"Tom has proven to be an essential link to the communities Atlantic City Electric serves. His strong relationships and knowledge of our business make him a valuable resource for government and community leaders who rely on him for day-to-day issues and especially during storm emergencies," said Susan Coan, Region Vice President, Atlantic City Electric.

Before joining Atlantic City Electric, Reilly was employed by Comcast where he gained significant experience in government and community affairs. Reilly holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Temple University. Reilly has served on numerous organizational boards including co-chair of the NJ Emergency Preparedness Conference Marketing and Public Relations Committee, and chair of the March of Dimes South Jersey Media Outreach Sub Committee. He serves on the Board of the Latin American Economic Development Association. Reilly was recently recognized by Buena Vista Township for providing outstanding communication with community officials during the Derecho storm in summer 2012.
