Atlantic City Electric Announces Promotions

Roles include Region V. P., State Relations Director and Sr. Strategic Planning Manager

MAYS LANDING, N.J. - Atlantic City Electric today announced the promotions of Robert Revelle to Region Vice President, Susan Coan to State Relations Director and Lee Wasman to Senior Strategic Planning Manager.

In his new position, Revelle will work from the company's Carneys Point, New Jersey, office, covering Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties. He will manage public policy and key stakeholder relationships with federal, state and local government officials as well as community, business, consumer and nonprofit groups. Revelle joined Atlantic City Electric in 1997 and has held various management positions in Government Affairs, Customer Care and in our unregulated group, Conectiv Services. He recently served as the company's State Relations Director in Trenton, New Jersey. Revelle has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. Revelle replaces Bob Marshall who is retiring from Atlantic City Electric after more than 33 years of service.

Revelle has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from North Carolina Central University and a Master's Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin.

Susan Coan will assume the role of State Relations Director in Trenton, New Jersey, replacing Revelle. Coan will be responsible for managing and representing the company on all legislative/public policy issues before state and local legislative bodies. She will lead the identification of issues in New Jersey that potentially impact the company. She has more than 13 combined years of service with Atlantic City Electric in various roles including Rate Analyst, Investor Relations and most recently as Senior Strategic Planning Manager. She also has 10 years of management experience working for PECO Energy where she was Director of the Investor Relations and Government Affairs Departments.

Coan has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Dickinson College and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University.

Lee Wasman will assume the role of Senior Strategic Planning Manager. Wasman will be responsible for the planning and oversight of Government Affairs & Public Policy's mission and strategy. He also will manage the department budget, key issues and grassroots initiatives, as well as maintain external strategic relationships. Wasman has been with the company for 22 years in various positions including Senior Public Affairs Manager, Regional Account Manager, and Manager of Public Relations and Communications for Conectiv Energy's Business Development team.

Wasman received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
