Atlantic City Electric Encourages Customers to Support Giving Season

Utility Offers Gift of Energy

MAYS LANDING, N.J. - With the giving season upon us, Atlantic City Electric reminds customers of ways in which they can help those who are less fortunate, such as through the company's Gift of Energy program.

The Gift of Energy program is available to anyone regardless of their income level. The program works like this:

· Visit a participating Atlantic City Electric Walk-In Office in New Jersey.

· Provide Customer Care the name and address of the person for whom you're buying the gift of energy.

· Make a payment on that person's account.

· Receive a free holiday greeting card to give to that special someone, compliments of Atlantic City Electric.

Gift of Energy payments must be made in person, by check or credit card, at one of the company's participating New Jersey walk-in offices, where a customer service representative can assist with the purchase. The program runs through Jan. 15, 2010.
