MAYS LANDING, N.J. - Each year Atlantic City Electric representatives spend hundreds of hours with customers discussing the importance of electrical safety, energy conservation, investing in clean energy and a variety of other energy topics of interest.
"Some of the most valuable time we spend is talking with customers," said Bob Marshall, vice-president, Atlantic City Electric Region. "We're fortunate that our Speakers Bureau is so well-received."
The company's Speakers Bureau Program visits civic clubs and organizations, schools and community groups throughout its service territory. The program's purpose is to share information with Atlantic City Electric customers on a variety of subjects, such as electrical safety and energy conservation. Atlantic City Electric has more than 545,000 electric customers in southern New Jersey.
