Mays Landing, N.J. - More than 20 Atlantic City Electric employees from across southern New Jersey raised approximately $4,000 to help the March of Dimes (MOD) in its fight to save babies from premature birth-the #1 killer of newborns-and from other serious threats to infant health. With the company matching employees' donations, the total donation raised was $8,000.
Atlantic City Electric employees participated in the walk held April 28 in Salem County. "Opportunities such as the March of Dimes Walk help bring us closer to the communities we serve," said Atlantic City Electric Region Vice President Bob Marshall. In addition, our employees recognize the tremendous importance their donations to March of Dimes make for our smallest customers."
