Mays Landing, N.J. - Atlantic City Electric Region President Kenneth Parker announced Robert K. Marshall and Charles A. Wimberg Jr. have been named Vice Presidents for the southern New Jersey service territory. Marshall and Wimberg are responsible for building and maintaining community, business and government relationships The newly created positions further strengthen Atlantic City Electric's focus on the customers and communities of southern New Jersey that comprise Atlantic Electric's service territory.
Marshall is overseeing activities in the Carneys Point area, which includes Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties. Wimberg is responsible for activities in the Mays Landing area, which includes Atlantic, Cape May, and Ocean counties.
A 28-year veteran of the company, Marshall previously served as Manager of New Jersey State Relations, Director of Investor Relations and Manager of Financial Services. Marshall is a graduate of Glassboro State College (now Rowan University) and earned an MBA from Monmouth University.
A resident of Linwood, Marshall is a member of the Southern New Jersey Development Council Executive Committee and Board of Trustees and Co-Chair of its Legislative Committee; The Arts and Business Partnership of Southern New Jersey Board of Trustees and the Linwood Economic Development Committee. In addition, he is a member of the Leadership New Jersey Class of 2005 and Chair of the N.J. Utilities Association Governmental Policy Committee. He and his wife, Patricia, have two children.
Wimberg joined the utility in 1986 and has held a number of positions across the utility including Market Manager of Utility Services, Regional Accounts Manager and Manager of Customer and Community Relations. Wimberg is a graduate of Upsala College, where his studies included Marketing and Human Resource Management. He earned a Masters degree at Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.
A resident of Galloway Township, Wimberg is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey Board of Directors, N. J. Utilities Association, N.J. Business and Industry Association and the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce. He is a past member of the Galloway Township Youth Athletic Association and Police Athletic League. He and his wife, Donna, have four children and one grandchild.

In March 2005, PHI Chairman, President and CEO Dennis Wraase announced its regulated utility subsidiaries, Atlantic City Electric, Delmarva Power and Pepco would return to their traditional names to better reflect the company's ties to the communities and customers they serve. PHI's other subsidiaries operating in the region, Conectiv Energy and Pepco Energy Services were not affected by the changes.
