Start, Move, or Stop

Need to start, move, or stop your service? You’ve come to the right place.

Atlantic City Electric is currently accepting service requests from April 12, 2020 to April 12, 2020 excluding holidays and weekends.

Start Service Icon

START SERVICE

Start new residential or commercial service or add another service location to your current account.

EST. 5-8 MINUTES

You'll need:

New address where you’d like to start service

Date when you would like to turn on service

SSN or driver’s license number

Optional for existing customers: My Account login, account number, or account validation info including your phone number or your SSN/Tax ID number

Move Service Icon

MOVE SERVICE

Move your current residential or commercial service to a new location.

EST. 10-15 MINUTES

You'll need:

New address where you would like to start your service

Current address where you would like to stop your service

Dates when you would like to turn on and turn off your service

My Account login, account number, or account validation info including your phone number or your SSN/Tax ID number

Stop Service Icon

STOP SERVICE

Permanently stop your residential or commercial service.

EST. 3-5 MINUTES

You'll need:

Date when you would like your service to stop

Final bill mailing address

My Account login or create an online account
