We understand our customers may be facing difficult financial times. If you need help paying off a large or past due balance, consider a payment arrangement. This program enables you to pay your past due balance using monthly installment payments added to your monthly electric bill. There is no cost to sign up, and we’ve made it easy:
The installment payment and your monthly electric bill must be paid on time and in full in order to stay on your payment arrangement. If you do not, the remaining balance automatically is added to your next bill, and your account will be subject to collections actions. Atlantic City Electric recognizes the financial challenges some customers are facing as a result of the pandemic and will continue working with each customer individually to help with the continuation of their electric service but we encourage customers to contact us right away.
Payment Arrangements are available for active residential accounts that are not currently enrolled in a payment plan. If you choose to pay your balance early, please contact a Customer Service Representative for instructions.
