Local Charities Will Benefit
Our foundation motto is “Caring for Our Communities” and our goal is straight forward. We seek to strengthen and support communities in southern New Jersey by providing financial support to selected non-profit agencies. Our focus is on the areas of health, youth development, educational support and low-income advocacy.
Proceeds from this year's event will be donated by Atlantic City Electric to community organizations throughout southern New Jersey , including this year's primary beneficiaries:
Special Olympics New Jersey
The Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving the athletes continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
The Arc of Atlantic County
The Arc of Atlantic County improves the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. Through direct services, advocacy, education and prevention activities, the organization works in partnership with individuals and their families to make choices possible about how and where they live, learn, play and work.
Tri-County Community Action Partnership
Tri-County Community Action Partnership provides services that improve the quality of life and promote self-sufficiency to the residents of Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties.
