    Start, Stop, or Transfer Service forYour Business

    We want to make sure we continue to serve your energy needs when you are ready to move, regardless if you need to start, stop or transfer your service. The following steps can help you make sure your move will go smoothly:

    Transfer Your Service

    • Use our Transfer Service form to move your service to another building in our service areas

    • Pay any outstanding fees/costs
    • Check your final meter reading or call us at 1-800-642-3780
    • Change your account information using our Application Received form


    Stop Your Service

    • If you are leaving our service area or wish to stop service, you may use our Discontinue Service form
