Security Deposit Requirement
Atlantic City Electric may require a customer or prospective customer to pay a security deposit or establish satisfactory credit.
Satisfactory Credit can be established by making 12 months of consecutive payments in full by the due date.
If a deposit is required, it will be 2/12 ths of the esitmated annual bill.
Other deposit arrangements are made in cases involving short term or special service conditions. A residential deposit may be deferred, at the customers request, to the first month's bill, or it may be paid in up to three installments.
