Billing and Payment Information
Overview
A variety of convenient options, described below, are available for you to pay your Atlantic City Electric energy bill.
Online
Sign up for My Account to pay your bill online. If you would like to stop receiving a paper bill, check the box indicating you no longer want to receive a bill in the mail. You will automatically receive a monthly e-mail when your bill is ready to pay along with the amount due and due date.
Budget Billing
Budget Billing allows you to make a fixed payment each month, therefore avoiding the fluctuation in monthly bills, which may arise as a result of heating or air conditioning use.
As easy as ever – use the envelope enclosed with your bill. Make your check or money order payable to Atlantic City Electric, place your payment and the top portion of your bill in the envelope (with the Atlantic City Electric address showing), put a stamp on it, and drop it in the mail.

Credit Card
You can pay your energy bill with a credit card by calling 1-800-642-3780. There is $6.25 fee per $600.
Direct Debit
Direct Debit is a carefree payment option. Save time and postage by having the amount of your energy bill automatically deducted from your checking account each month – without writing a check! You can be confident your payment is made on time each month – even if you’re away from home. Learn how to sign up!
Pay-by-Phone
If you have established a Pay By Phone account with your bank, you can pay your energy bill using your Pay By Phone account.
